What types of relationship coaching programs do you offer?Currently, we offer programs for couples, pre-marital, married, and in a committed relationship. Our services for singles are coming soon.

How do your coaching sessions work?We offer both virtual sessions through Zoom and in-person sessions in our office in Dallas, Texas. A typical session runs about one hour.

What qualifications do your coaches have?Certified relationship coaches, certified sex and intimacy coach, hormone health, certified holistic wellness, certified personal training, certified sleep and stress management, positive psychology, somatic coaching, and more.

What is your approach to confidentiality and privacy?Everything shared within our sessions with clients remains confidential unless required by law.

Can relationship coaching help if only one partner is willing to participate?Many coaches or therapists will say yes. But we firmly believe that we grow and heal through relationships. For this reason we only work with both partners participating. We will offer singles coaching in the near future for singles.

Our Intimi-SEE signature relationship coaching program is designed to enhance intimacy on multiple levels by focusing on three key areas: Sexual intimacy (S), Emotional intelligence (E), and Enneagram of personality (E). This program aims to deepen sexual and emotional intimacy, helping couples connect more profoundly and communicate more effectively. Additionally, by exploring your Enneagram personality types, partners gain insights into each other's personalities, motivations, and behaviors, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation that enriches their relationship.

The "honeymoon phase in romantic relationships typically lasts between 3 months up to 2 years. The "high" we feel during this phase is mostly driven by hormones and neurotransmitters outside of our conscious control. This is why after the honeymoon phase we can feel like our partner has changed.
