INTIMI-SEE?
Through rigorous study and research, I designed our Intimi-SEE program to be the program that my husband and I needed most when we thought that our relationship was at a point of no return. The thought that the love is gone creates a deep pain that only those who've experienced it can describe.
I know firsthand how hard it can be. I know firsthand what it feels like to feel lonely, stuck, and powerless, with no one to turn to. In a society that has become all too individualistic, I lean deeper into hope and the power of love. There's this myth that we shouldn't care about how others feel about us. But we come into this world seeing ourselves through the eyes of our parents, caretakers, and other loved ones. The desire to be seen, heard, and valued in that way doesn't disappear as we get older. The fulfillment of the desire simply gets transferred onto our romantic relationships. Through the eyes of our partners, we hope to feel the love that was always meant to be our birthright. The Enneagram is a personality typing system that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. The system includes fifty four different personality types, divided into nine different categories. Each personality type is defined by its own core beliefs that drives behavior and influences how individuals relate to others. Through the Enneagram you will unlock the secrets of your partner's personality style. Throughout the first month of the program, we will take a deep dive into your own personality and your partner's.

In this part of the program, we will navigate the complexities of emotional intelligence. Through home assignments we call "Lovework," and mindfulness exercises, we explore the physiological responses that motivate our reactions and behaviors. Through live coaching sessions, we will practice effective communication and learn the skills for increasing emotional intimacy.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE UPGRADE
Couples often fear talking about sex in their relationship because of a fear of judgement, feelings of vulnerability, fear of rejection, discomfort with the topic, or differences in sexual expectations. But very few people would say that physical intimacy and sex don't matter in relationships. In this portion of our Intimi-SEE program we demystify how to talk about our sexual needs and desires. We explore the myths that surround sex. And through Lovework home assignments we learn to tune in to the physical sensations in our bodies through somatic practices.
